Many of the items we sell are made to order, which means you are receiving items created just for you. We strongly suggest reviewing the size charts and reading the full descriptions before you order. The policy below applies to domestic orders only.
If you find that an item purchased is the wrong size we can offer an exchange. Exchange requests must be received within 90 days from original shipment date. Before returning the item, please contact us so we can resolve the exchange, and be ready to create your updated size upon receiving your return. Items must be returned in original packaging and in new condition for an exchange. Please note that we do not, at this time, cover the shipping costs for returns.

We take pride in carefully packing your order, when we fulfill your exchange it will be mailed in the order it was received. If you would like to expedite this order shipping and handling fees may be applied. Please review our shipping chart for shipping and delivery dates. Online orders are eligible for return shipping.
If something did not work out for you, that's okay. Just return it, as specified below, and we'll give you a refund. We ask that you contact us before returning your item. Items can be returned within 30 days from purchase. Items must be returned in original packing and excellent condition in order to receive a refund. Refund will be applied upon returns received.
Items not eligible for refund or store credit/exchange:
1. Items marked ‘All sales final.’
2. Free gift items or promotional items.
3. Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
4. Exchanges received after 90 days, or 30 days for a refund, of original shipment date.
5. Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
